Life of a former witch

I've outgrown my wicked witch of the west ways. Reflections of life afterwards, living in the desert with two cats, friends, family, and my hot and cold love life.

the toybox

Man I wish I had my camera for this.

Boyfriend suggested that I have too many cat toys laying around. And I should get a box to put the toys in.

I found a small cardboard box by the elevators this morning that I thought it would be a good small size.

I even brought it after work tonight. Then I put a handful of toys in it that were laying around.

While eating dinner, there was a small commotion. I crane my neck around towards the sound of the commotion. Adira apparently doesn't like having her toys in the box. She was having a good old time "liberating" the toys.

Isn't anyone else pissed at this????

Bush PROMISED in 2003 to rebuild Iraq and make it the jewel of the region.

Now he's not asking for anymore funding for reconstruction in Iraq.

Not his fault that the insurgency caused 25% of the reconstruction money had to go to security. Not his fault the GAO suspects corrpution.

So when he's told by Colin Powell of the Pottery Barn rule "you break it, you buy it", he forgets it now that Powell's gone. Now that services such as water and electricity are worse than before the war, he's going to throw his hands in the air and leave it to Iraq to finish the job he PROMISED to do.

I suppose I shouldn't expect any less from the son of "read my lips, no new taxes".
