Life of a former witch

I've outgrown my wicked witch of the west ways. Reflections of life afterwards, living in the desert with two cats, friends, family, and my hot and cold love life.

Easy Friday

*rotfl* Yeah right

The clinic got some samples last night. I had to be there at 7:00 AM to collect them. Plus I'm getting a couple more in about an hour.

So I took the starting dose of the medication to help me sleep. I woke up a few more times than normal, but not from leg cramps. The best part was that when I finally woke up by petting Adira, I have more energy than I do other days after two cups of coffee.

Adira is the best way to wake up. She wants petting and affection. But she doesn't just plop next to you to get the attention. So you have to open your eyes to see where she's walking so you can pet her (and not the empty air).

Anyway, I had one of those "why didn't I think of this earlier?" realizations this morning. It'll cut down on the amount of time I spend cell counting, but still might be messy (we'll see in about twenty minutes).
