Life of a former witch

I've outgrown my wicked witch of the west ways. Reflections of life afterwards, living in the desert with two cats, friends, family, and my hot and cold love life.

move stresses

Okay, so I'm moved in.

Boyfriend/fiance was really great in helping me move furniture last weekend. Got leather furniture for the living room, a rustic huge desk that's subbing as a table in the kitchen until the other table arrives. Rustic bedroom set in my room is awesome.

Cats are polar opposites to the move. Magnum (furr monster) was pretty laid back, jumping in cabinets and closets pretty quickly. Once the mattress got set in, he took over. He loves going outside and rolling on the concrete patio. The fluff ball Adira was traumatized beyond belief. She spent our waking time wedged between the hot water heater and wall or the pillow pile and the wall. When my mom was here to let the cable man in, she ran and hid. I couldn't find her and was convinced that she had run out and was lost before she magically reappeared. Hopefully she'll get there.

But now that my cable's fixed, any my Airport's setup correctly, life feels a lot more normal.
