gluten overload
Getting over a couple days of gluten hell.
Started when I went out Thursday night. In my efforts to not seem like a major pain in the ass, I ate nachos contaminated with gluten. Though I did try and not the affected regions. But if it's been contaminated, the whole thing pretty much is.
So Friday was pretty rough. And I had to meet the cousin and family at a mexican restaurant after work. Hard to tell if I got more gluten from that, but Saturday I wasn't in too bad of shape.
Saturday night was my cousin cooking a traditional Easter dinner. I brought ham glaze that seemed to be okay, and I stayed away from the au gratin potatoes. My cousin grilled up asparagus and carrots which I ate. But since I drank a whole bottle of wine before dinner, I kinda gave up on caring.
Sunday was the worst day since my stomach flu. Thank goodness for Immodium. And all I can do is hope that the leg cramps won't keep me up all night tonight. Tonight I tried to go walking the dog and was getting winded for the same length of walking I had done last week. So I'm just hoping I have more energy tomorrow.
