How to crash an UAV

This is the first preliminary report of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Predator drone) that crashed around the Arizona-Mexico border.

There's one big thing that bothers me. There is no requirement to give Predators a registeration number. It's an aircraft, right?

It's funny that there's the line about injuries - "1 Uninjured". I guess they're counting the plane in the casualty report.
