Anyone else think this is weird?

For lack of anything else interesting on TV right now, I'm watching the Rose Bowl on ABC. I actually enjoy watching the commercials the universities air as a "come to our University, it's the best".

USC's is more showcasing famous alumni with a trojan on horseback. Eh, not a selling point for me.

Texas I missed most of because I wasn't aware at first it was commercial for the University of Texas. What I saw was a shot of their clock tower with a drawing version of the building and the logo.

Wasn't that the infamous clock tower where the sniper went on a shooting spree one summer day?
