Gripefest

It's Friday, things should be good, right? WRONG!!! I'm going to have to come to work on both days to take care of experiments. So I've got a storm cloud overhead, and thus I'm going to gripe to get some fustrations out:

1. My new iPod. Love the size and portability. Unfortunately, the ear buds are a little too big for my small ears, so my ears will hurt after a few hours, but I had come to accept that as something that would happen. But this AM, I really just needed to charge the iPod because I haven't been able to fully charge it yet. Upon connecting to my machine, it syncs with iTunes. Since I had made no changes, iTunes quickly told me that the iPod was synced. But the icon on the iPod itself said "Do not disconnect". Waited a few minutes, then disconnected. Nothing happened because it really wasn't file transferring, but my computer had a cow. Then it said that it was fully charged....uh okay. Of course it's not, but I put a few new songs in iTunes, and now it's happily charging.

More gipes later, have to run to the clinic...
