Having a bad day

When I was leaving work yesterday afternoon, I saw something that can only be summed up as "sucks to be YOU!" When I left my building, I could see a four door white car had been pulled over by a motorcycle cop. Not too uncommon - if the bike cop nails you southbound Campbell, the poor person pulls into that street across from the parking lot. What was strange was that behind the bike cop was a Tucson police car.

By the time I got to my car and was pulling out of the parking lot, a white undercover car was pulling in to join these scene, AND a University of Arizona Police Department car a few seconds behind the undercover car.

Don't know what this poor person was suspected of doing to warrant such attention. I guess he didn't get to go anywhere anytime soon.
