My boss is going to make me want to jump off the roof these days.

He asked me to show him how bad the flow is on a majority of my recent experiments. I figured to prove that it wasn't just one dish, I overlaid the control with the nicotine treatment. When I did that, you can't see the gate on the FSC v. SSC. And when you overlay with gate stats, it shows the stats for one dish, and not the other. So I figured it was easier to not show the stats then trying to explain that the stats were for the untreated.

His notes: "what population was anaylzed" on the FSC v. SSC. and "what are the %"

So I'll have to manually enter each stat and make it in the color of the respective population (untreated is blue and nicotine is red). It can be done - just will take a while and is a major pain in the ass. Especially when you can easily understand that 90% of it is not expressing a TCR.

It'll be just as easy to write them in colored inks and save a tree. Because I'm sure he'll find something else to redo anyway.
