I am not a big fan of Adobe Acrobat because it's such a memory hog.
However, this is worthy of hogging your memory to read. It's only 5 pages and a few figures and charts.
It's published by a group in CA to try and figure out why the prices are so high right now. Get a barf bucket and keep it close - I got sick to my stomach.
