Scary

Not that I'm going to have that problem in the near future (I'd need a credit card first). I can sort of understand the logic behind the policy - someone suddenly made a payment much more than their usual could indicate a sudden increase in their cash flow.

But it's still disturbing that Homeland Security gets involved when that happens.

Can't I just pay off my debts anonymously? Not anymore.
