Weathering it out....

've noticed that for years, a change in the weather could really affect my pain. I guess I'm fortunate to live in a part of the country where there's sunshine 330 days a year. Today, however, is an overcast day. Though it's supposed to be 110 degrees again (like yesterday). First of all, with this many clouds overhead, how is it possible to get that hot?

We'll see if the pain magically gets better this afternoon when the potential storms move in. Until then, I'm just trying not to throw up....
